1. Workout Plans
Due to the digital nature of our workout plans, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your workout plan or feel it does not meet your needs, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide personalized support.
2. Apparel and Fitness Gear
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return apparel and fitness gear for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for apparel or fitness gear, please follow these steps:
